Elevating Nike Move to Zero Across EMEA

Nike needs to retain its position as the world’s leading sports brand by staying relevant to younger generations. Sustainability is on the mind of everyone who matters to Nike.

Citizens, employees, and investors, all want to know what Nike is doing for our planet. But Nike’s stories of authentic action were hidden within the organisation and weren’t reaching the people who needed to hear them.

Our programme enabled Nike to elevate its Move to Zero programme, clearly, emotively, and consistently across EMEA.

Doing justice to the scale of impact at Allianz

The Allianz corporate purpose is “We secure your future” and Allianz is #1 on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. The Health division of Allianz needed to align with the group’s sustainability credentials.

Many stories of social and environmental impact were hidden within the organisation, unknown by employees, brokers, and customers.

The stories were uncovered and turned into a new sustainability-focused brand narrative, key messages, a roadmap for decarbonisation across the value chain, and an improvement roadmap for all internal and external communications.

Defining O2's role and reputation

O2 wanted to play its part in normalising (de-stigmatising & diversifying) climate conversation. The majority of young people care deeply about our climate but feel isolated in their concerns. This leads to anxiety and people staying silent when they want to talk and act.

We analysed online conversations regarding climate change to find what was preventing different social groups from talking about and taking climate action. The insights led to an influencer strategy that enabled content creators to empower and educate followers with bitesize facts, figures, and provocations made for creating enough outrage to encourage sharing.

The programme was designed to change perceptions about what a climate-engaged person looks like and made it acceptable to stand up for climate issues.
